About TenderScope
What TenderScope does, how it works, and why the underlying data can be trusted.
Who we are
TenderScope is a GED.GE product — built for companies that operate in Georgia's state procurement market: importers, logistics firms, construction companies, IT vendors, and healthcare suppliers.

Data source and reliability
TenderScope sources its data directly from tenders.procurement.gov.ge — Georgia's official state procurement portal. The system refreshes daily.
Important: always verify any statistic against the official source before relying on it. TenderScope is an automated pipeline and may contain errors.
Methodology
Price-to-Win
The Price-to-Win target price is calculated from the median discount of historical winning bids: we take comparable tenders (similar CPV code and estimated-value range), compute the gap between the estimated value and the winning price, and take the median. This figure reflects real market competition, not a theoretical baseline value.
AI Brief and Bid verdict (go / caution / pass)
The AI Brief processes a tender's documents with Ged AI and extracts the Core 7 fields: required licenses, delivery timeline and location, advance-payment and performance-guarantee percentages, penalty per day, and warranty period. The verdict (go / caution / pass) is derived from five signals: price competitiveness, deadline pressure, technical requirements, red flags, and historical competition with this buyer.
Opportunity Score (0–100)
A combined 0–100 score that weighs deadline proximity, estimated value, the density of historical competition, CPV-category fit, and buyer familiarity — a single glance to sort worthwhile opportunities from the rest.
What TenderScope is NOT
